FREEDOM IS MORE THAN RESCUE.
The Tim Ballard Foundation fights human trafficking by working alongside law enforcement, governments, and communities to help identify and recover victims, support survivors through healing and restoration, and inspire others to act. Because freedom is more than rescue. It is safety, dignity, and the ability to dream again.

Paraguay’s Ministry of the Interior signed a cooperation framework with Red Rock Foundation to support joint programs and coordinated action focused on preventing and combating human trafficking while strengthening support for victims.
